Platform

Full-stack observability, zero compromises

Traces, logs, metrics, and behavioral analytics. 100% data collection. Deployed in your cloud. One unified dashboard across all environments.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Complete observability coverage with a radically simpler architecture. No agents fighting for resources. No data shipping costs. No sampling trade-offs.

Distributed Traces

End-to-end visibility across microservices. See every request path, identify bottlenecks, and trace root causes across your entire distributed system.

  • OpenTelemetry-native collection
  • Full trace retention, no sampling
  • Automatic service maps
  • Latency breakdown by span

Logs

Structured and unstructured log collection at any scale. Full-text search, pattern detection, and correlation with traces and metrics.

  • Automatic log parsing
  • Trace-to-log correlation
  • Pattern recognition
  • Structured field extraction

Metrics

Infrastructure and application metrics without cardinality concerns. No custom metrics trap. No surprise bills.

  • High cardinality support
  • Custom metrics included
  • Real-time aggregation
  • Long-term retention tiers

Intelligent Alerts

Move beyond static thresholds. ALBA-powered alerts based on behavioral anomalies and risk scores, not arbitrary limits.

  • Anomaly-based alerting
  • Risk-aware routing
  • Alert grouping and deduplication
  • PagerDuty, Slack, webhook integrations

ALBA Analytics

Behavioral analytics that score every entity in your stack. Detect what rule-based alerting misses: unusual patterns, emerging threats, subtle degradation.

  • Dual score: Anomaly + Risk
  • User behavior analytics
  • Service degradation detection
  • MITRE ATT&CK mapping

Unified Dashboard

One view across all cloud accounts and regions. Federated queries execute at the edge, and only results traverse the network.

  • Cross-cloud visibility
  • Real-time and historical views
  • Custom dashboards
  • Role-based access control
BYOC Architecture

Deploy in your cloud. Keep full control.

Sampleless deploys a complete observability stack inside your AWS, GCP, or Azure account. Data processing happens locally. Only aggregated query results (kilobytes, not terabytes) cross account boundaries.

Data sovereignty
Your telemetry never leaves your cloud account. Leverage your existing security posture, encryption keys, and compliance controls.
Zero egress costs
No Transit Gateway charges. No PrivateLink fees. No cross-region or cross-cloud data transfer costs. Process everything locally.
Cross-cloud federation
One dashboard, one query language, one alert policy spanning every cloud account and region. No other BYOC platform does this.

Security

Your compliance, simplified

With BYOC, your telemetry data never leaves your cloud environment. No new vendors to add to your audit scope. Sampleless runs entirely within your existing security perimeter.

How BYOC helps you stay compliant

SOC 2 Type II

Data stays in your audited environment

HIPAA

No BAA needed since data never leaves your cloud

GDPR

Full data residency control in your region

PCI DSS

Observability without expanding your CDE

BYOC compliance advantages

  • Data never leaves your cloud environment
  • Use your existing encryption keys and KMS
  • Apply your existing IAM policies and access controls
  • Leverage existing cloud security certifications
  • Narrower BAA scope than SaaS observability vendors

Platform questions

How does Sampleless handle high cardinality metrics compared to Datadog?
Datadog charges $0.05+ per custom metric, which makes high cardinality prohibitively expensive. Sampleless includes unlimited custom metrics in flat pricing. Our ClickHouse-based storage handles high cardinality workloads efficiently, so you can add dimensions like user IDs or deployment versions without cost concerns.
Can I migrate from New Relic or Datadog to Sampleless?
Yes. Sampleless is OpenTelemetry-native, so you instrument with standard OTel SDKs. You can run both platforms in parallel during transition. Since OTel is vendor-neutral, your instrumentation works with any compatible backend, so you are never locked into Sampleless either.
Why does 100% data collection matter for ML insights?
Sampled data creates blind spots in ML baselines. When you only see 1-10% of traces, anomaly detection misses patterns and generates false positives. Complete data means ALBA can build accurate behavioral profiles and detect subtle degradation that sampled data would miss.
What makes ALBA different from Datadog Watchdog or New Relic AI?
ALBA is built on the open OpenALBA specification, so you can inspect exactly how scores are calculated. It produces two scores per entity: anomaly (statistical deviation) and risk (business impact). The open approach means you can tune weights and understand alerts, rather than trusting a black box.
Does Sampleless have as many integrations as Datadog?
No. Datadog has 500+ pre-built integrations built over many years. Sampleless focuses on OpenTelemetry-native collection, which covers most modern infrastructure and applications. If you need extensive out-of-the-box integrations with legacy systems, Datadog may be a better fit.
How does log management compare to Splunk?
Splunk offers powerful log analytics and SIEM capabilities with extensive search features. Sampleless focuses on observability use cases with flat pricing instead of per-GB fees. We provide full-text search, automatic parsing, and trace correlation. Your logs stay in your cloud with your encryption.
